The Story of Saskatoon Salsa

Since 2005, Saskatoon Salsa Dance Co. has been bringing people together through a shared love of dance.

What started with a passion for Salsa and Cuban dance has grown into an award-winning studio and one of Saskatchewan’s most established Latin dance communities. Over the past 20+ years, our studio and dancers have earned recognition both in business and on the dance floor, including multiple national and international championship titles.

Led by owner and Artistic Director Kimberly Parent, alongside World Champion professional dancer Schaeffer Murphy and our experienced instructor team, we offer high-quality training in Salsa, Bachata, Cuban Salsa, Rueda de Casino, Cha Cha Cha, Mambo, and more — from absolute beginners to advanced and competitive dancers.

But Saskatoon Salsa has always been about more than becoming a great dancer.
