Workshop Outline

The workshop opens up with a breathing exercise to become present in the moment and release all that has happened before the workshop began. This tool will now be available to you to use in your life whenever you need to be more confident, calm, and present.

Erika will introduce herself and tell her story on how dance has helped her fall in love with her sensuality. Erika will share the struggles she went through and the mindset switch she had to do in order to become the woman she is today in her dance.

Next we will take about 6 minutes to write in the journal page that you need to print before workshop (this will be provided) This journal is designed to unveil how you truly see yourself and release all the negative that is blocking you from shining your beauty.

We finish off the workshop with a sexy dance routine to embody your beauty, sensuality, and self love. If there is time at the end, we will do a Q&A and group sharing session
